Shipping policy

We ship Canada-wide from Markham, Ontario.

• Standard shipping — $12.00 flat, delivered in 2–5 business days from the ship date. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
• Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. Interac e-Transfer orders ship once your transfer is received.
• You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your shipping label is created.
• Delivery times are business-day estimates and don't include carrier delays.
• Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't reroute a parcel sent to the wrong address. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email support@pouchcanada.ca and we'll make it right.
